  We hired an "Opel Corsa" for 10 days in october 2017. With fully comprehensive insurance the price was about 280€, which seemed ok to me.

  I made a booking by internet which indicated me that the chosen vehicle was available. All others renters had not at this time a single car available. It was cristal clear on their website. I received an e-mail confirming that my request was correctly made with a request number. I shall then have received an an e-mail of confirmation or cancellation. Neither of them were sent. I did not worry. On my arrival at the airport, a very kind company s employee announced me that there were no car for me, that I had been warned by e mail and nothing could be done to help me. A bit anoyed and perplexed (yes it could possibly be my fault) , I left the airport by bus :). At the hotel, I check my mail (very easy with gmail) and nothing from Haro except the first mail which subject was "Haro Rent a Car: RESERVATION DETAILS" ( looks like a confirmation, doesn t it? :) ). I sent therefore two mails in order that somebody forwards me again the cancellation mail. So far no answer.

  I asked if we'd receive the car refuelled and later return it so (that's how it's handled at serious car rentals). At first the guy told us this would be handled differently but finally he gave us the car fully refuelled. During the holiday the car did its job and returning it was also no hassle. All in all we were quite content.
